Jump Into Fitness! (Program on hold)
Fun and fitness combined! Airobix is the ideal workout program for adults and teens (ages 15+) who want to make their workouts more exciting! Burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour on our wall-to-wall trampolines in aerobics classes with a professional instructor. Classes are 60 minutes long and combine plyometrics, cardio, and strength-building exercises for a full-body workout. Our classes run regularly on :
Thursdays – 7pm- 8pm
Saturday – 9am- 10am
